The itinerary and customer service were highly satisfactory. However, it would have been beneficial to receive the itinerary—including details of excursions and accommodations—at the time of booking. Upon arrival at the hotel, we discovered that we were the only participants in a group marketed as accommodating up to 15 people. While this arrangement effectively functioned as a private tour, it would be advantageous to clearly communicate such arrangements during the booking process. After a couple of hiccups at the beginning, we thoroughly enjoyed our tour.
