The itinerary and customer service were highly satisfactory. However, it would have been beneficial to receive the itinerary—including details of excursions and accommodations—at the time of booking. Upon arrival at the hotel, we discovered that we were the only participants in a group marketed as accommodating up to 15 people. While this arrangement effectively functioned as a private tour, it would be advantageous to clearly communicate such arrangements during the booking process. After a couple of hiccups at the beginning, we thoroughly enjoyed our tour.

Our 7-day Epic Switzerland Tour with InduGusto was a wonderful experience, thoughtfully planned to help us enjoy the very best that Switzerland has to offer. Our accommodation in Zurich was an excellent choice—comfortable, centrally located, and within easy walking distance of supermarkets, trams, high-speed train connections, restaurants, and cafés. He provided clear instructions, Google Maps directions, and information on where to meet our tour guides, making every transfer and sightseeing trip smooth and stress-free. He was available 24/7 via WhatsApp to assist with any questions, whether it was recommending great restaurants, suggesting local attractions, or helping with anything else we needed.
